Who is this for? #
Sometimes, parishes host activities that aren’t directly related to the parish’s daily functions. Examples of these might be wedding receptions, non-profit meetings, and youth sports events. Please see Section K of the Parish and School Finance Policies to see if your proposed activity is allowed on archdiocesan property.
Instructions #
- Contact parish or school to reserve date for your event.
- Once date secure, visit GatherGuard to purchase a Special Event insurance coverage.
- Click on Get a Quote
- Choose what type of event you are having. Please ensure the event you are purchasing is allowed by the parish or school. Policies purchased for events that are not allowed will be canceled immediately and the church/school will be informed that the event cannot take place.
- Type the name of the parish/school or choose the venue ID from the table at the end of this document
